In my psychotherapy practice I focus mainly on adults, teenagers, and families with a variety of emotional, personal and relationship issues. My approach with clients in psychotherapy is transpersonal and relational. I am honored to accompany each client on their journey of self discovery and be a witness to the unfolding of a more satisfying life experience.

I have been intensively trained to offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups and individual therapy. I am also trained in EMDR to help clients relieve many types of psychological distress.

“Opportunities to find deeper powers within ourselves come when life seems most challenging….The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.”

-         Joseph Campbell

I hold a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology with a certificate in Creative Expressions. I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy for clients dealing with a wide range of issues arising from substance abuse, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, disability and chronic illness. In addressing these issues I use methods that allow for the exploration of underlying psychological difficulties drawing on my training in psychology and my eclectic mix of life experiences.

“In her position as teaching assistant in group process to our doctoral students, her openness, creativity, flexibility, and ability to hold diverse perspectives, provided a safe environment for our students to explore their interpersonal and intrapersonal issues.”
